Stage 2 of the Tour Alsace featured a fast, tactical run from Rust to Sélestat, ending in a bunch sprint after 152 km of aggressive racing. Hagens Berman Jayco rode solidly across the board, with Jesse Kramer leading the team home in 26th. Mattia Sambinello and Adam Rafferty finished safely in the bunch at 49th and 66th, while Wil Holmes and Hamish McKenzie came in at 96th and 106th, preserving energy for the tougher stages ahead. Evan Boyle was active in the day’s main breakaway, helping animate the race before being reeled in by the peloton. It was a strong team effort on a stage where positioning and control were key, and the team remains well positioned going into Stage 3.
