Rafferty Secures Stage Podium and 2nd Overall in Tour of Rhodes GC
Hagens Berman Jayco’s Adam Rafferty capped off a strong week of racing at the Tour of Rhodes with 2nd place on Stage 3, securing 2nd overall in the final General Classification.
Rafferty finished on the podium in the race’s final stage after another aggressive team performance, closing out a consistent week that saw Hagens Berman Jayco play a central role in the race throughout the event.
“I’m really happy with this result,” Rafferty said. “Finishing second on the stage today and second overall at the Tour of Rhodes is the result of a huge team effort. The guys were incredible all week, putting me in the right position and helping control the race. Of course, a win would have been better, but I’m proud of how we raced and it gives me a lot of confidence for the rest of the season.”
Rafferty’s podium performance continues a strong early-season run for the team as the European calendar begins to ramp up.
