Daniel Moreira enjoyed a breakthrough 2025 season, confirming his potential as one of Portugal’s most exciting young road racers. Racing with increasing confidence, Moreira demonstrated his ability to handle pressure, contribute to the team, and deliver results in some of the most competitive U23 events on the calendar.

An explosive rider with a strong kick on short climbs, Moreira continues to grow into selective finishes and aggressive racing scenarios. His 2025 season marked an important step toward becoming a consistent finisher at the U23 level.
“Daniel showed real maturity in his racing last season,” said Axel Merckx. “He has a natural punch, but he is also learning when and how to use it. We are very encouraged by his progression and excited to see how far he can go.”
